In case you were wondering...

What my house looks like when I've been sick since Thanksgiving, I thought I'd let you know.

You poor babe! I would crawl back in bed if I were you! ;) Maybe as a Christmas gift to yourself you should call 'Happy Maids' (cleaning service!) LOL

Ah! I'm SO SO glad that I'm not the only one! Man, sometimes I feel like there are bloggers out there that live in a fairy-tale house with little birdies keeping it clean ALL the time! You're just my style. ;-)

My game today has been, "Help Mama by folding 4 of your clothing items," and "Sort the socks with matches, and I'll fold them." I can't believe how much I'm getting done! ...but I really should get dressed before lunch... *blush*

And I hope you're feeling much better!! Just in time for Christmas!

I'm so sorry you are sick. Maybe I should come and clean your house for you. And make dinners. I might even do laundry. Get better soon!
And when did you get a dog?

Melody-Mae, Happy Maids is the best idea I've heard yet!!

Mindy, My new blogging mantra is to "keep it real". I have 4 kids and a hubby that is gone ALOT. My house rarely looks perfect. There are days, (like almost every day since Thanksgiving) that my kids watch way too much TV and you know what? I'm not that worried about it. Ultimately I feed them good food and they know I love them. Even when I feel terrible, life is still good. :)

D, I would love for you to come visit?! We got our little dog in October and we LOVE him!

This makes me feel so good because my house looks like that when I get sick...sick of cleaning! You are so brave to share it with us-thank you, you made my day!

You're not alone. Mine looks like that right now. Being sick made it worse, somehow and I didn't think that was possible!

One of these days, I bet we'll wish our kids were little and the house looked like little kids lived there, instead of visit there.

That is what happens when mommy gets sick. Hope you feel better soon. Merry Christmas and I agree with melody-mae on the Christmas gift to yourself.

I hope you are feeling better. You need to have your children start the "clean up" game that way you don't have to do it all your self. It is tough when mom is sick because so many things never get done.

Oh yes, I'm familiar with this look. ;)

But your little man looks just as happy as can be.....and isn't that all that really matters! :)

I hope you are feeling better soon!!!
